Taste & Love Guarantee
We hope you will love Franka as much as we do but if you're not satisfied with the taste our Taste & Love Guarantee will take care of you. We ask for returns to be communicated within 30 days on orders where Franka didn't meet your expectations. Original shipping fees can not be refunded and a supplemental administration fee could be added. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, if nothing else is communicated.
Damages or other issues
Something went wrong or a bottle got damaged on the way? No worries, everything can happen and we'll make up for it! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description and we'll get back to you asap.
How do I return?
Not happy with the taste of Franka? Sorry to hear that but we got you!
1. We ask you to put your order number as topic and mail email@example.com with the following information
- Date of purchase
- Reason of return
Our customer service will respond with confirmation of receival and delivery details.
Return shipping fees is customers responsibility. We recommend that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number due to the fact that shipments outside our own warehouse are out of our control and liability. Please note that a Franka issued for refund need to contain a minimal of 75% of it's original content to be covered by the guarantee.
3. When your return product(s) has been handled the refund will be issued to the original payment method, if nothing else is agreed. Normally the transaction takes about 5-7 work days.
